Vacant-unit touch-up
For the unit that has been empty a while.
A single short visit between showings or after a small repair: the dust, the floors, the glass and the bath, and a fresh photo set so the listing matches the room.

A visit, in order
How the visit goes.
- 01
Step 1: Booked as one visit

- 02
Step 2: The walk-through
The lead checks for damage since the last photo set.
- 03
Step 3: The touch-up
Dust first, floors last, the bath in between.
- 04
Step 4: A fresh photo set
Sent to the unit's folder, beside the last turn's.
What we need from you
Before the crew arrives.
The key
Tell us where it is: a lockbox, your office or a tag board. The lead logs the time it comes out and the time it goes back.
Power and water on
Lights and water on during the clean, and the thermostat set so the crew can work. If the utilities are off, we call before we leave.
What the tenant left
Anything left behind stays where it is until you tell us in writing what to do with it. We do not decide what is trash.
Questions
Questions about this clean
How is this different from a turn?
A turn cleans the whole unit after a tenant leaves. A touch-up keeps a unit that is already clean ready to show.
Can you do it after a contractor?
For small repairs, yes. For drywall dust or heavy construction debris, no; that is a different kind of clean.
How often can I book it?
As often as units sit empty. Many managers book one before every open house.
Ready when the unit is empty
Send the vacating list.
Tell us the units, the move-out dates and where the keys are. We reply with a written slot for each, in the order the units empty.
