Owner and general manager
Reads the first sheet on every new building herself, and takes the call when a turn goes wrong.

About
The company began with an owner cleaning her own duplexes between tenants, and writing down what she did so the next crew could do the same. That list became the sheet.
Eighteen people work the schedule: three crews, a scheduler, a quality lead and an owner who still reads the first sheet on every new building.
Three crews, each with a named lead
An office that answers the work-order line
One checklist for every unit
A photo set checked before it leaves

Who you will hear from
You will usually hear from these four. Each has a role on the sheet.
Owner and general manager
Reads the first sheet on every new building herself, and takes the call when a turn goes wrong.
Operations manager
Builds the turn schedule from your move-out dates and moves a crew when a tenant leaves early.
Quality lead
Checks each photo set against the sheet before it goes to you, and sends a crew back for a missed line.
Crew lead
Runs the walk-through, logs the keys and signs the sheet for the units on his route.
