Plans
Pay by the turn, or hold a rate for each size of unit across your portfolio. A plan is a rate, not a membership: there is no annual or monthly fee, and you pay only for the turns you book.

Cancel in writing at any time; the held rate ends 30 days later. No fee.

A plan is a held rate, not insurance and not cover for damage, and it does not include make-ready work on a unit left in poor condition.
Pricing
Six questions every manager asks, answered before the first turn.
The unit's size, the condition it is left in, the floors, and whether there is an oven or fridge that needs more than a wipe.
The whole sheet: kitchen, bath, every room, floors, the photo set, the signed sheet, and the keys logged in and out.
Make-ready work on a unit left in poor condition, carpet extraction, trash beyond the unit's bins, repairs, and add-ons.
We walk or see photos of a unit before we quote a make-ready. A turn in ordinary condition needs no visit.
Add-ons are written on the slot confirmation before the crew starts, and we do not add a line afterward.
When you accept the written slot. We invoice each turn when the sheet is signed, and the invoice matches the slot.
