Photo proof
A photo of every room, every turn.
A sample photo set, grouped by room. The real one is labeled with your unit and the date, and the same angles are used on the next turn so you can compare.

The set
How the photo set works.
- 01
Same doorway, same angles
Every room is shot from the doorway, one wide frame and one of the floor, so a turn can be compared with the last.
- 02
Damage first
Anything that looks like damage rather than dirt is photographed before the clean starts and shown on the note.
- 03
Labeled by unit and room
Each frame carries the unit and room, so a set of forty units does not need sorting.
- 04
One link, one folder
The photos and the signed sheet come as a single link, and past turns stay in the unit's folder.
- 05
Nothing but the room
No tenant belongings in frame, and no people. If a room is not empty, we say so and shoot around it.
Questions
Questions about the photos
Can I get the photos in my own system?
The link gives you the original files, which you can download into your property software or a shared drive.
Do you photograph before the clean?
Only damage. The rest is shot after the sheet is signed, so the set shows how the unit is left.
Who sees the photos?
You, the quality lead and the crew lead. We do not use a unit's photos anywhere else.
Ready when the unit is empty
Send the vacating list.
Tell us the units, the move-out dates and where the keys are. We reply with a written slot for each, in the order the units empty.
